Open Question: Where, what agency does one report safety violations at a church in Florida?

The nursery at a church has new construction that is not safe for little ones. There is a bunk and wood construction that small heads can get caught in and they can strangle themselves. Along with other major issues It was reported to the administration of the church in hopes that it would be corrected but after a month nothing was done.
